- Applications for Zoning Permits must be presented to and signed in person by the Zoning Inspector.
- Applications that are just dropped off at the Township will not be accepted.
All zoning permits, with the exception of the "Sign" permit, have been updated as of 5/30/2019
to include a new requirement.
If applicant has an existing household sewage treatment system (septic system), a
"PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT APPLICATION" from Lorain County Public Health is now required.
