Site Plan Reviews & Variance Hearings - Additional Fees

Effective January 15, 2025, any fees incurred from the Fire Inspector or Architect

greater than 2 hours will be the applicant’s responsibility along with any Zoning Permit Fees.

Fees must be paid prior to receiving a Zoning Permit.
